Add this to your phpbms directory under modules/bms/report/ you will also need to specify the report under settings in order for it to show up in the list.

This looks like an excellent report to add. Could you develop the entries to the install/update process to add the report record and then submit the whole thing as a patch so we can fold it into the trunk?
Currently attached file works with version 0.8 only.
