When updating Configuration page twice in one visit, user is logged out/redirected to login.

When attempting to update both sections of System > Configuration, after one section is updated, in an effort to update section 2, the system redirects the user to a login screen. Also, even if trying to update section 1 twice, the same result occurs.

This is not a bug. When you change the application name, this affect the session's cookie name, thusly losing your session information.
